We have been coming here 2 years with our first and have been very happy with the care we gave received. Love the flexibility with vaccine schedule and allowing the parents to have the final say in the order of them/ frequency/ and which ones. Also so happy they have an online portal now! I highly recommend Zarminali!

If I could give this practice zero stars on Google review, I would. Unfortunately, I can't, but the service that I received today with my child is very close to that. For context, I have been coming to this practice since my child was six weeks old, and in the past have had caring and compassionate care from the medical staff to the doctors, from infant to school age. Over the years, our visits have felt less and less like care and more like an assembly line. Today, was the straw that broke the camel’s back. The doctor walked in with an attitude, complained about being the only Dr. and proceeded to talk to us condescendingly and act as if the symptoms my daughter described were imaginary. When I asked her about another issue of concern and requested a full blood panel to check, she dismissed my concerns with a flimsy explanation that was so vague and inaccurate. The final straw was when she recommended that my child walk to manage stress “if we can walk in our neighborhood”! Who makes assumptions about where people live based on how they look? Last visit for us. Looking for a new pediatrician.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place does not deserve the 4.0 stars it currently has. I’ve been taking my sons here for nearly 3 years, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. You can’t even ask a simple question over the phone without being told to come in person—just so they can bill you. They frequently have issues with insurance and are quick to cancel appointments if those issues aren’t resolved in time, often placing the burden entirely on the parent. In three years, my sons have never seen the same doctor twice. The care has been inconsistent. It took over a month to identify that my children were lactose intolerant—something I had to suggest myself after they failed to recognize the symptoms. I also had to push for an autism evaluation for my eldest son. They diagnosed him without conducting a proper exam, which even Early Steps and a neurologist questioned. As a first-time mom, I expected support and guidance. Unfortunately, this practice has been frustrating and unreliable. No amount of polite responses or promises would make me recommend this place to another parent.

Before having my baby, I interviewed 3 pediatricians. All Better Pediatrics won hands done. I love the convenience of how they make themselves available in times of emergency. The after hours line is awesome; Dr. Folz was there. The knowledge and help they provided for all things natural was to notch. The support staff has never disappointed us. They are all wonderful. Thank you Dr. Welch for getting to know us american our concerns. Such a great listener. I appreciate most of all, doctors who listen and don't just quote facts. That's going the extra mile and actually caring.

Giving them a one star is me being generous. I took my new born baby up there for about a month. I will say the first visit was good. Being a first time mom I want to absorb as much as I can. After the first visit it went down hill. The lactations were extremely pushy and made me feel like a horrible mother and that I wasn't doing what they told me to do.(which I was). The lactation had the audacity to tell me over the phone. There might be something wrong with my baby. When going to a new pediatrician they said that he was perfectly healthy. I will say the lady at the front desk was super nice and more helpful than the doctor. Now I get an invoice saying I owe them alot of money and my insurance didn't cover any of it. So I called them today to see what's going on and they are the ones who didn't put it in correctly. Also, they called me last week to confirm he had insurance. So done with them. They need to get there stuff straightened out before they start threatening someone of being a bad mom and with a very expensive bill.Would not recommend them to anyone.
