Dr Sweeten is Caring and Been the children doctor for 17 and counting thanks for Your Knowledge and Ability to assist our children in the Community around Memphis Tn

All three of my kids have been treated by Dr. Sweeten and she is the best peds doctor ever. She has a great bed side manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs an excellent pediatric doctor.

The receptionist was very rude when trying to make a first visit for my children. She said they don’t have appointments until October, then I asked her about sick visits and she said we don’t see a sick child the same day, I said so when do you all see the child, she said whenever we have appointment, I said so y’all let a child that need to be seen immediately be sick until an appointment is available she said yea. She the first said what is their insurance information, I said I don’t have cards because blue cross blue shield did not mail me any cards. I said I’m a registered nurse and usually that information is looked up by your billing department, she said no this a private practice they are not looking nothing up👀👀👀👀very rude and condescending. I said ma’am May I speak to a supervisor she said no there is no supervisor. I’m a registered nurse and I know how that goes. I believe she was outright lying.

Dr. Sweeten is an Awesome pediatrician! She also has a team that tries their very best to make sure the patients are well taken care of. My children and I just love her sweet and caring spirit. She has been seeing my oldest for 16yrs and now she's caring for my 11mo old. Keep being a sweet and caring provider for your patients. We love you, Dr. Sweeten!

I love Dr. Sweeten my oldest son is 14 and I entrusted her with the care of all three of my kids. She's very genuine and and seems to love her career. She has baby pictures of my oldest son that I no longer have, and now when he come in for a visit she have old stories to tell him. Everyone at the offices is so nice and love to see my middle child come in because they know he hate to get shots lol. Friendly place lovely people will recommend to anyone
