Dr. Hubbard has seen all of our foster babies and our adopted daughter. She is very thorough and patient with the children. She listens attentively and gives the best care. My wife and I love her.

My Grandson has been who is an established patient has been very ill 2 times now and could not be seen. The first time he was sick his father called and said they were on the and when they got there they were refused to be seen even though the office was still open. And today the mother called early this morning she could not get an appointment. She had to drive all the way from Raleigh to covington to be seen. He has RSV. When Dr Pender worked there this would never have happened. Something wrong in management. Finding new pediatrician

My child has been a patient with this office since birth and they were awesome at first. Yet, post COVID, this practice has fallen off. Front desk staff sounds annoyed that you are calling and will put you on hold 4-5 times before giving you the most basic responses to questions. Lately, it also seems that whenever I try to have my child seen for any reason outside of a checkup they tell me to see another office/specialist. Now that is fine, but they never send referrals out. They even once told me I didn’t need one to see a neurologist. So then I reach out to these places to be seen, and I end up looking foolish because they won’t see patients without a referral. Today marks the 5th attempt that I’ve made to reach out about a referral. Each time they will” have a nurse reach out”. It’s been three weeks and still no contact, referral, or assistance for my little one.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Hubbard for over 7 years now (since she was a newborn) and we both LOVE Dr. Hubbard! She makes us feel like my daughter, Stella, is her favorite patient, and I can see from the reviews that she makes every kid feel this way. She truly has a gift when it comes to children, she's really a special pediatrician. Being a single mom is really tricky most of the time, but having the amazing staff at Pediatric Associates in my corner has always been an invaluable resource for me. I don't know what I would have done without them when my daughter was a baby! They are always very patient and informative, and they have this incredible way of making my daughter feel like she is the most important kid in the world to the. I will never go to a different pediatrician!

I had gone to this office as a child and decided to try it for my son. I love it. Our pediatrician is Dr. Hubbard. She is great. She is breastfeeding friendly and very down-to-earth. They have a lactation consultant in the office once a week. She has a great demeanor with kids. We have seen Dr. Norman and love her just as much. They have recently renovated the office, and it is clean and cheery, with lots of books to read. They are some of the best doctors I have worked with. In fact, they once called to follow-up on me! I had called worried about what to do for my newborn in case in got what I had, and they called the next day to ask about my health--what an amazing staff. I highly recommend.
