Claimed they had my charger put it up front, the lady who checked me in previously said ‘damn lady’ when asking for my charger nobody was helpful wouldn’t give me her name to report her either horrible staff up front completely in the ER only good people are the ultrasound tech and doctor. Definitely will not be having my baby here.

Everyone was very kind and professional. But when they scheduled my surgery, there's no phone number where someone actually answers. You just leave a message, and if they call you back and you can't answer, they don't call again. They don't ask you when and at what time you want your appointment, and you can't change it because there's no availability on other days or times. Nobody told me I had to download the app, and now that I have it, I can't send messages. I call technical support, and they supposedly help me, but it's still not working. I don't like this; I just want to be done with it and never come back. I don't recommend it. I prefer to call and have someone answer my questions and change appointments according to my days and hours off work, and that's not possible here. I went to the surgery without answers and with uncertainty. Nobody answers the calls, and if they do, they transfer you to another line, and it's just voicemail.

I called not knowing where to call for nurse advice... I was met with "well you have to be a patient here to get that" and I told her I was a patient there ive seem someone there recently. She said "well do you know if that was primary care" I told her i think so and she said "thats who you need to call hold on" the tone of her voice, was unmatched. As im typing this out. It doesnt sound that bad. But she was my first point of contact. If I call back, it will be talking to her again. And im not about to have someone talk to me with no respect in their tone at all. I was shocked. Every one I have come in contact with on the phone or in person have been great. She was not.

Definitely dont go here. Unless you enjoy being forgotten about in a room for 6 hours while all the staff gossip and browse amazon shopping on patient chart tablets, while also telling you how busy they are at 11pm with 15 staff at the desk and nurses sitting around everywhere. This has happened three separate times. This hospital is a joke. Sent me a bill like they actually did something. 6 hours of waiting then I walked out. Avoid this clownshow of a "hospital" Unless you want medical malpractice. Then I guess Definitely go here.

If I could give the sleep anea clinic at Truman hospital a 0 I would I get there short handed but there no reason why they can't answer the phone. Or call you back when you leave massage. I called them when I was in for my appointment to see wants going on and to see if it would go to voicemail like it's been doing. They was not busy. When I called the lady behind the desk said are you calling with attitude. So there ignoring people phone calls and that's not right. So I'm going to higher up about this. I've never had to complain ever when I come to Truman hospital but I am now. And if this continues. I'll go to St Luke's hospital sleep clinic.
