Did not see any signage for 110 Irving which was confusing, and can easily be solved with a sign in the flower beds. The public bathrooms were dirty, and few for the amount of people waiting. That said the care was superb, and that is what you want. The rest is window dressing. Great staff throughout, and especially in the CT center where I was. No complaints and excellent.

This is Laura's husband, George. I was actually the one there, with her Mom. Everybody that we interacted with was top notch great! The security guard, in the parking area was really polite, professional, and very helpful. Everyone inside, from security, to check-in, to the actual team, caring for her, was courteous, compassionate, and professional. Patience was exceptional, and a real element of humanity was there, the whole time. Thank you, all, for everything!

I meant to do this 7 months ago when our baby was born and was just reminded while looking back through pictures! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the labor and delivery nurses. From the moment we arrived, they made me feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. Their calm presence, compassion, and expertise made an overwhelming experience feel manageable and empowering. They listened to our concerns, explained everything clearly, advocated for us when we needed it, and treated us with so much kindness and respect. We never felt rushed or dismissed… only supported every step of the way. Their teamwork, patience, and reassurance made all the difference during labor and delivery. These nurses are truly exceptional at what they do, and I am incredibly grateful for the care they provided during such an important moment in our lives. They are a credit to their profession and this hospital. BIG shout out to Rachelle and Dorothy!! They were exceptional and we absolutely adore them!!!!

I am writing to share how deeply grateful I am for the care and compassion Anna (in the Hematology office located in the Cancer Institute) showed me during my iron infusion on Thursday. Medical appointments can be physically and emotionally exhausting, and walking into this appointment I was feeling nervous and vulnerable. From the very beginning, Anna made me feel safe, seen, and genuinely cared for. Her gentle presence, patience, and kindness brought me so much comfort during a time when I truly needed it. Anna took the time to explain everything to me, checked on me consistently, and treated me with such warmth and respect. She didn’t just do her job she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and reassured every step of the way. Her compassion turned what could have been a stressful experience into one filled with calm and trust. Because of Anna, I left feeling supported and thankful rather than overwhelmed. She is a true reflection of what compassionate healthcare should look like, and your hospital is incredibly fortunate to have someone like her. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Anna and recognize her for the difference she makes in patients’ lives every day. She made a lasting impact on me, and I will not forget the care she showed. This gotta be be the worse thing that ever happened to me in life. I’m so frustrated I’m in tears as a grown man as I write this because I I feel helpless. This gotta be the worse day of my life. The staff is trash , the hospital is trash. They have people in the hallways just dirty and dien slow can’t get any help whatsoever. The staff is laughing and playing while people are in real pain. I mean these people are straight up disgusting with it. Avoid this horrible hospital at all cost go to Georgetown. The photos below are my so-called room lol this place is a joke.
