Second update: It has now been over a month and still not a single word from Madsen leadership. Update: It’s been over two weeks since I called and tried to speak with the Customer Service department and was told I would be hearing back from someone at Madsen regarding the quality of care I received…. I have received no communication as of today. I tried to speak with a Clinic Director before but the receptionist at Madsen told me I was not allowed to and had to speak with customer service. Customer service seemed to listen, but the follow up has been less than desirable. It would be cause for concern if this was due to the volume of pending complaints. This referral relates to Radiology and Dr. Rachel Kroencke in internal medicine. Radiology was asked to do an X-ray and stated I had a fracture. I go see the orthopedic surgeon and he reports there was no fracture and you could determine that if you looked at the second and third images this radiologist took. That tells me we lack detail orientation and provided a delay in treatment. Dr. Kroencke is kind during visits and seemed to listen, but did push vaccines a bit so much that it tells me she gets a financial cut from the manufacturer and that made me uncomfortable. Then she sent in an inaccurate prescription and was asked to do a prior authorization from the pharmacy. After a week and a half of waiting I find out they chose not to do the prior authorization and thought it was appropriate to send in a different prescription with zero communication with me, leaving me frustrated and trying to get answers. This provider wanted to prescribe additional medications without any data on the condition she was supposed to treat. It took a lot for me to try trusting the medical system again so I could get treatment for an injury and instead was once again disappointed and left feeling mistreated and wondering why I gave them a chance.

Doctor Megan Puckett is a truly outstanding medical provider. From the moment she enters the room, she makes you feel incredibly welcome with her confident body language. Her demeanor conveys careful listening, respect and compassion. She listens attentively with her full presence - and responds thoughtfully to questions. I always feel heard, valued and cared for, never rushed or dismissed. Her empathy reflects genuine human kindness, which makes an enormous difference in the quality of care she provides.

Dr Gottlieb is an amazing person and Doctor who gives amazing care ! He has taken such great care for myself and my wife. I had a terrible experience when my diabetes went out of control and he was able to get me back to normal. After back surgery I had some problems with 50 percent loss of function in my kidneys and I had lost 30 pounds and again we are working on getting me back to normal! I’m still under his care trying to get my health back to a healthy level. I Am SORRY THAT HE IS BEING FORCED TO RETIRE IN JUNE. I THINK IT IS A SHAME THAT THIS IS REALLY HAPPENING! THERE ARE A SHORTAGE OF DOCTORS AND THE ADMINISTRATION FORCES A DOCTOR TO RETIRE SUCH AS DR. GOTTLIEB WHO IS PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS!

Dr. Tracy Hunter never, ever disappoints. Visits with her are always comprehensive on any matter, serious or routine, and she always goes the extra mile. I always feel seen after my appointments. This visit was supposed to be routine - travel vaccination and shoulder pain. Because of her basic tests, I got understand the locus of my shoulder pain. But for her efforts, my wife and I would not have found out that travel vaccinations are not administered by Madsen. Notwithstanding, Dr. Hunter helped us figure which medication and vaccinations we would need for our travels. At 67 years old, I know I have never experienced the level of commitment to care that Dr. Hunter demonstrates on every visit. Yes, she's surrounded by a team of highly skilled medical experts, and kudos to every at Madsen as well. Getting through the x-ray I needed for my shoulder pain was a breeze. And the results and feedback, as well as the physical therapy appointment, happened really fast. I am happy and grateful.
