Dr. Sara Hanna is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever encountered. She does not dismiss concerns or rush your appointment, and while so many doctors make up their mind before you even finish talking, Dr. Hanna thinks out loud and communicates to really figure out what's going on and what to do about it. When my elderly friend told me that her kidneys were hurting her, I talked her into letting me take her to the doctor. She said her doctor would need an appointment and it would be a few days before she could be seen, but I knew that I needed to take her while she was willing to go. Thankfully, Dr. Hanna accepts walk ins, and I knew that she would take care of my friend. My friend has spent a lot of time in hospital and generally does not trust doctors. But Dr. Hanna was great with her, and my friend was raving about her before we even made it out of the office "I have a new doctor now, you were right she is a good doctor I'm so glad I came here" and then in the car "I should have gave that doctor a hug, I like her. She was right, I do need help around the house" (I've been trying to convince her to do home health care/at home hospice for months, Dr. Hanna got her to agree in minutes) I recommend this place to everybody!

This is the WORST experience I've ever had with a doctors office. First off, for my initial appointment, I had to wait an hour past my scheduled time to be seen. An apology wasn't offered for the inconvenience. My appointment was with Dr. Hanna. Initially, I felt she was decent despite her staff's rudeness at the front desk. But now? Hell no. It's been over 3 weeks since my appointment. She had blood drawn for labs & refuses to respond to any of my messages as it pertains to understanding the results. In that appointment, I asked for a referral to a specialist. That never happened, either. I also can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls regarding setting an appointment. This clinic is not for anyone who isn't Mexican or speaks English as their primary language. Those groups are the only ones catered to. **Other reviewers have said the same thing & they essentially said that they only responded bc their comments were racist. We can't all be wrong. And we aren't. And wouldn't you think that if they got the same type of review...all from patients that aren't Hispanic...that they'd, I don't know, do better? Be kinder? More inclusive? I will be escalating and reporting this bc it's absolutely ridiculous & incredibly unfair. I will not be returning & I'd advise you to think twice (maybe 3 times) before going as well.

There are numerous reasons for my recommendation regarding Rock Medical Center. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring describe the team members. A welcoming environment at the desk and in the waiting area is promoted by staff. The staff members are helpful and efficient in scheduling, and wait time is very reasonable. Dr. Sidarous listens and more importantly, he hears what I say. I realize I am included in my care and my opinions and my feelings count. His approach is kind and positive, and he takes the time to answer any questions and to explain points, while doing patient teaching. Because Dr. Sidarous is extremely knowledgeable with medications, diet and exercise, my blood pressure is now under control. Also, I enjoy taking time out at the med spa at the Rock for a relaxing and refreshing facial performed by Jennifer, who possesses a medical esthetician license. She is experienced, informative, enthusiastic, and thorough. The chemical peel I received has definitely improved the look of my facial skin. The clinic offers quality products, which have improved the condition of my aging skin. I highly recommend this clinic. I am 75-years old, and I’ve been to numerous clinics in my lifetime. This is my all-time favorite clinic with the kindest team of very competent people. I don’t even mind going to a doctor appointment anymore! Actually, I look forward to reaching my health goals with the help of the team at Rock Medical Center.

Dr Hannah is the BEST doctor I have ever visited. She's so kind, respectful, knowledgeable, with a great bedside manner. She's so sweet and makes me feel comfortable going every time. My husband and I love going here. I love seeing people of all cultures being taken care of and respected. I promise, she will make you feel so at ease. She spent so long on our first visit, listening and caring to every detail. I highly recommend her.

I recently had my medical exam with Dr. Hanna, and I can’t say enough good things about her! She’s the sweetest, most compassionate doctor I’ve ever met. The staff were also amazing and professional. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend Dr. Hanna!!
