This was my second visit with Dr. Flis. He is very thorough and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. He genuinely seems interested in getting to know his patients and understanding their individual needs.

I receive the best and most thorough treatment at SH Otolaryngology. Dr. Flis is an excellent physician and surgeon. Not only did he successfully treat my cancer, he is also very thorough in all follow-up appointments and in monitoring my progress. The staff and assistants are very caring and supportive, and they always get back to me about my inquiries and concerns. I was extremely fortunate to have been recommended to Dr. Flis and SH Otolaryngology to detect and treat my cancer. They have made this a much more easier and much less frightening experience for me. I am truly grateful.

Dr Flis and his team are first rate. Appointment was executed on time, great start. Everyone was professional carrying out their parts of the visit. Dr Flis was prepared, a good listener and left me with a concrete plan for treatment and follow up if needed.

This morning, I woke up with a clogged ear and the constant noise driving me crazy. I called several doctors' offices but couldn’t get an appointment. Finally, I reached out to the Ear, Nose & Throat Medical Group, and the person who answered the phone was incredibly helpful in finding a way to fit me in; unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name. Within 20 minutes, I was at the clinic. I saw Dr. Grace Wu, who was amazing. After a quick exam, she promptly removed the wax from my ear, and I finally got relief. They truly saved my weekend. Highly recommend!

Dr. Flis has been fantastic. When I was struggling to find a place accepting new patients they took me right in and helped me get some answers regarding my hearing loss. He always gives me the time to ask my questions. I have never felt rushed. Really appreciate the care they have given me.
