San Francisco Ear, Nose & Throat

I had a poor experience with a few doctors attitudes, but the straw was a blatant billing issue. Long story short, I was charged a mystery fee that was never there on previous visits. I looked in to it and they scribbled something down about snoring, but I've never had an issue snoring. As expected they blamed it on insurance. Luckily, Sutter Health has just opened a new Ear Nose and Throat facility and I can try something new. Due to the shady billing I can not recommend this doctors' office.

Dr. Dana Petersen is a terrific doctor. Professional and personable. Was very gentle when conducting a procedure in my ear. Additionally, the entire office was pleasant and efficient. Strongly recommend this practice for Ear, Nose and Throat needs.

Dr. Grace Wu is truly one of a kind, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had her as my nose surgeon and dr. She performed a difficult and lengthy 5+ hour surgery to remove a tumor from my nasal cavity, and her skill, precision, and compassion were absolutely unmatched. One thing that stood out to me was her integrity and the way she always put my best interests first. She could have taken the easier and quicker route by making a the incision my eye surgeon had made but instead she took the much more difficult route navigating through my nasal cavity with a camera to remove the tumor and pull numerous pieces to test. I even gave her the okay to give me a scar at any length it was not a concern of mine she still made the decision to make it a much more challenging procedure. The results have been life-changing. I haven’t breathed this well since I was a kid. My nose is straight she fixed a bad deviated septum after tumor removal and many many tests to pathology to make sure she wasfar on safe side. My recovery has been smooth, and it’s clear her precise and thoughtful work made all the difference. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Wu was compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in my well-being. She called in my prescriptions had post. Are notes to nurses by time I woke up and was just on top of everything like a professional. I am extremely grateful and blessed to have had Dr. Grace Wu as my surgeon and nose dr. I would recommend her with complete confidence to anyone in need of a nasal or sinus specialist. She is the definition of excellence in medicine.she deserves a big hug for I am forever grateful for her care. And she gave me free neimed and suggested I used it. Thank you Dr. Wu🙏
