I have been actively taking advantage of my Veterans benefits at my local Providence RI facilities. Each year I get a complete physical exam. I have also recently received eye care and hearing aids. All of the personnel that I have interacted with have been very professional and efficient. Making appointments has been easy, and they provide appointment reminders often. I am very happy with the care and service that I get from my Veterans Administration, and this is one way for me to thank them for their service.

I've been In emergency rooms as a patient in Fatima, Roger Williams, Mariam, St Joseph's, Rhode Island, and Kent County. This was My first time to Our VA, it was without a doubt the best in every aspect.

Very kind staff in every department, accessible mobility and technology options, great care, clean and nice facility inside and out. We've had a very positive experience during every visit.

In person service is great! But, the follow up is horrible! I went to the Va and the express care nurse practitioner went above and beyond. She even called me the next day to check up on me and provide another much needed medication. Unfortunately, I was to dizzy to drive back so called in and was transferred to the primary care receptionist. This way I could just send the prescription to a cvs close to me. It never happened so I called the ER the next day and was told they couldn’t send a script to an outside pharmacy. But later the same day I had the nurse triage line call the ER for them only to say now it was late for the script to work. Ridiculous! Those 2 stars are for the amazing NP in express care!
