Medical staff absolutely amazing but the person they assigned to me to help with finding housing and other non medical needs was terrible she did absolutely nothing in my favorite calls one day and says I'm not going to be working with you anymore and never said my case was turned over to someone else or anything

When I had COVID I couldn't go to the doctors. I used the call feature talked to a doctor about getting better. Thank God he helped me get better in 3 weeks I had no more COVID.

I've been a patient for about 7 years I've gotten the best treatment both medical and dental. I miss my old Dr but the new ones are pretty good so far.

Facilities are terrible. Parking lot is confusing as it says “EXIT” and “Do Not Enter” at the parking lot entrance. At first, I parked in the lot by the main entrance of the Crossroads Homeless Shelter, but the security guard told me that I needed to park in the next lot over where there at 5 designated spots for dental patients and then walk back to the main entrance of the shelter. I drove around the block 3 times as I was confused because the next lot over clearly says EXIT and DO NOT ENTER. This made me about 10 mins late for my appt. I finally realized I had to ignore the signs and park in the back of the lot. I had to walk all the way back over to the next lot to get back to the main doors again when I stepped in a puddle of leaking sewage coming from the dumpsters. Let’s just say I’m surprised I survived the smell! I was then escorted by a security guard down to the basement of the homeless shelter where the dental clinic is. It’s very dark and you can tell this building is extremely old. The floors are turning yellow from being so old. It’s very dark and scary down there and not at all welcoming especially for people who fear the dentist. I hope they relocate asap! Kind staff.

I have come here with my family for many years! The doctors and staff are great!
