I would not recommend their dental clinic if you have a child with special needs. From the doctor to the front line staff, especially if your child’s specialist is out of state. They refuse to communicate with the specialists and have the parent as the middle man…. Then, they get upset when you call to get an update and delay patient’s dental care due to their own miscommunication.

Worst center in Rhode Island. I’ve tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt but I’ve had it today. After getting a prescription twice with no results, I decided to go see them again. I called the day before and was given a 12:40 pm appointment for the following day. At 12:30 they called asking me if I wanted to reschedule for 6 pm. Normally that would have been fine with me but I had to be in at work by 3 pm. After explaining that to them, they agreed to see me at my original scheduled time. Got to my appointment and checked in. I waited for about 20 min before getting called into a room. While I’m sitting in the room, the medical assistant came in and told me that the MD wouldn’t be able to see me right now…. What in the world?? I’ve had it with this place! Avoid this location at all times! Waste of time and money.

I tried to make an appointment as a new patient on a Wednesday. They told me to call back on Friday. I did, and after a 10 minute wait, I heard someone talking in the distance, and then the call was dropped. I tried 3 more times, and every time the call was dropped. Oh well, best of luck with that business model.
