TLDR: the appointment was canceled on the day of, after months of waiting I booked a February appointment with Dr. Mansi James back in October or November. The office was difficult to deal with when sending them my PCP's referral. They were unclear and would say that their fax did not receive it despite my PCP's office sending me a receipt. At the time of the booking nobody asked me any specifics on why I was booking the appointment. I thought it was odd, but figured I would be contacted soon. I was not contacted until an hour before the appointment. The person on the phone told me that my referral from months ago mentioned a service that they do not provide. If anybody has taken the time to ask me any questions when I had booked the appointment, then I could have booked an appointment with another provider. But now I will have to find a provider and wait another couple months to be seen. Very frustrating-- not a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Mansi James at 1 Randall Square has been very disappointing. We brought our daughter seeking treatment for her allergies and skin condition, but we have not received effective solutions or an adequate care plan. Every visit is limited to prescribing creams without addressing the root cause, and we feel our concerns have not been taken seriously. We would not recommend this office to anyone looking for committed medical care and real results.

I was having some health problems and I did an appointment as usual. Everything was fine until they did the lab results and made me wait for more than a week that I had to go to emergency because I could not wait anymore. I did my appointment on Tuesday, called on Thursday about my lab results , someone told me they were ready but that no one had reviewed it yet, called on Friday and a lady told me that the lab results were not ready when I was told it was previous day, and that same lady said she will leave a message to the nurse to call me. Nurse never called. Waited until Tuesday the next week because they are not open on weekends and Monday was a holiday, called today Tuesday after a week, and they are not picking up the damn phone. Totally do not wanna come back to this place again.

I am surprised by the negative reviews. I have found the staff helpful, kind and efficient. Dr. Kristina Duarte listens and provides follow through in a timely manner with recommendations and solid feedback. This is a busy clinic, serving all ages and colors of people. They are busy and working hard to offer good care.

Nurses and staff are terrific but getting my prescriptions filled is 70% of the time a challenge. I have to call and then the front messages my doctor/nurse and then it’s filled. How don’t they have a reminder system where they fill it without me having to hassle them. It’s been 3 days now and I still don’t have my prescription. Went down to 2 stars cause this is the 4th time!
