I can’t say enough good things about this location! Typically when I visit a primary care office, I leave feeling rushed and not fully seen or heard — but that was absolutely not the case here. From the front desk staff, to the nurse, to the doctor, every single person I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I felt truly listened to, not just processed through an appointment. The conversations were warm and pleasant, and I was treated with both respect and efficiency. The entire visit was timely without ever feeling hurried, which is such a rare and appreciated balance. Thank you to the entire Primary Health team for being so lovely and professional. It truly made a huge difference in my day, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received.

I really like this urgent care. My family doesn’t normally see primary health for our preventative care, we only use the urgent care since it’s near us for those after hours issues. I’ve been here several times for everything from a drop in vaccination to cold/flu stuff, injuries, and sick calls for my kiddos. The staff is friendly, despite how many people are in the waiting room they move people through tremendously fast. We barely sat down in the exam room when the provider was in to see my son a few days ago. Very fast and friendly. Best part, they have lots of medications on site which saves you from driving around Boise after hours on a weekend trying to find an open pharmacy.

Professional, friendly and accommodating...the staff went above and beyond with helping me resolve my health issue while also being patient with my 2 very young kids. I cannot thank them enough! It made the visit easier on me as I was in pain. Highly recommend!

This is actually a double review for myself and my dad (he doesn’t use computers). I’ve been seeing a provider here in the Primary Health chain, Dr. Burke, for a number of years and he has always taken good care of me. Dr. Burke has one of the most friendly demeanors I have come across in all the providers I have seen over the years. I’ve also taken my kids to various PH locations across the Treasure Valley and they have always taken good care of us, even if they were limited on walk-in providers. My dad has been seeing, Dr. Nagle, since he moved into the valley about 5 years ago. Dr. Nagle and her nurse assistant have been absolutely the best for my dad! My dad can be a bit of an old grumpy man at times and they have never failed to use their sense of humor to diffuse his demeanor…they can usually get him laughing and cracking jokes in no time. It makes each visit extra special that they go the extra mile for him, when they don’t have to. I’ve been to other clinics in the valley and the experience can be very sanitized and dry, with providers not expressing much personality or effort to connect. The waiting areas are also really comfortable and some even have special areas that cater to smaller kids; which was really nice when my kids were smaller! Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the reception staff to check-in patients when it’s busy, but they are always friendly when interacting. PH is our go to place to get taken care of and the care that our family needs. 5-Stars all the way!

Very easy to talk to and attentive. It was hard to explain what I was experiencing. However they understood and have heard the descriptions before. I forgot to mention other details and I texted those last night. The office let me know they got my concern. I recommend this medical office. Down right nice, everyone. I visited Dr. Mors for my lingering problems associated with vertigo. Hopefully it will be better in a few weeks.
