The center's staff works well. Despite the large number of patients, the doctors and nurses strive to provide personalized care. Routine procedures are performed to a high standard.

So I started going here year and the doc on side C is wonderful she listens and is attentive to your concerns will treat you and answer all your questions with no problem and or attitudes. The bloodwork station is never opened and every time I go I ask them to take my blood as I’m tryin to stay on top of my levels for PCOS and because I want to make sure I don’t have anything. At one visit she asked why I needed it done so many times which should be none of her concern just stick me with the needle and send my blood in. Then they switched me to the family planning side for Obgyn and I was seen by Doc Lendor who basically tells me every appointment I’m delusional because I admitted to smoking weed at one of my prior appointments. I have been going here for a little more than over a year now and my last visit I expressed to her that I believe I have a UTI that I believe never went away from my first appointment. She told me she tested for it and it didn’t show up on the pee test and that I was over thinking it. I called multiple times and complained about pain at each appointment and asked if blood could be drawn because I knew I had one. She basically took another pee test and had the nurse looking at me like I was crazy and instead reading my blood results which said it was abnormal when my appointment slip arrived in the mail she said you just are googling stuff and thinking you have it because I told her my symptoms keep leading to a UTI. The pee test stated I didnt have one and she told me to go about my way gave me my referral to temple as I have fibroids and she would see me next near. I went to temple and after they ran my blood work guess what I have guys a UTI that I’ve been complaining about for a whole year. It seems like this center is just there to collect their check depending on which side you go to. Please get a second opinion if you have concerns because I expressed and called in too many times for her not to have seen this. I can’t wait till my next appointment with her because a real good tell off is what she is going to get. As I am highly upset and should sue because a UTI can lead to other complications how can I trust her as a doctor after this. The center is normally clean and wait times are horrible depending on the day. The front desk staff is normally ok depending on who you get I do do believe they need more privacy because everyone can hear you. Security guys are also nice.

I had a visit this past week and I couldn’t help but notice that every woman/man was so friendly and kind. I’m not sure if this is something that the staff is intentionally focusing on but every time I come here the service gets better! It’s a beautiful thing when you go to an establishment and people are genuinely kind, friendly and displaying servanthood. May God Bless.

Good place to go if you don't have insurance, first visit is 5 dollars, then from there on is just 20 dollars, doctor was really nice to me, staff is helpful, they even help you get insurance, bathrooms are clean, and there's plenty of parking.
