It used to be decent, now its a joke. Horrible communication, they called me a day before to reschedule my son's appointment and the day of they decided to cancel my appointment while I was already waiting to be called, after I registered and was filling up paperwork, because according to them I was 12 minutes late. I was a patient for more than 10 years and they used to give you a 15 minute window before canceling the appointment bow they just do it while you waiting to be called. Not wonder why all the doctors are leaving

I always have a good experience there. I been going there for my dentist and Dr. Castro he is really patient also the people the work there are so nice.

Staff was so sweet and welcoming! Went in for an eye exam. Wait time was 2 minutes max, got called back quickly. Dr.Patel and her assistant were very helpful and informative during my appointment. I typically go elsewhere for my eye exams, and honestly this location is a bit out of the way for me however I will be coming back for future visits.

The entire staff, the Doctors, nurses, laboratory care and the receptionist are quite professional and knowledgeable. I particularly want to say a special tribute to Dr. Emily for her ability to listen, clarify issues, conduct clinical examinations where necessary and suggest best solutions. Kudos to you all. However, there is always room for improvement at the reception.
