The medical staff didn't help me and blame all my health concerns on my so called weight. I don't appreciate being made fun of just because they think that I am overweight and don't try to help me with it. They don't know what I go through in my life but they think they have the right to judge me when they don't! Some of the medical staff there is overweight themselves but they want to say that I am to make themselves look better!

Love my Dr who actually cares about my overall health and takes the time to answer any concerns I may have. Staff is very courteous, even the lab technician respects my "one shot chance" when drawing blood.

Excellent care. Dr's take their time to ensure you get the best experience possible even though going to the Dr isn't always the funnest experience. They take their time and ensure they are able to help with all your medical needs.

For the first time in my adult life, I felt unheard when meeting with my new Primary Care (PC) Physician. After a very frustrating 45 mins, the senior medical physician on staff joined us. In under 5 mins, she heard my concerns and identified next steps for me to pursue additional courses of inquiry related to my health concerns. I will give this new PC a second chance - as we all have off days - but that feeling of not being heard or listened to has really stuck with me.

I've been looking for a new primary care physician that's closer to my home. I mainly wanted someone to be close by if I was sick, need any testing done, and reliable. However, what I got from my first appointment has been above and beyond. My first visit with Dr. Jaime Pieper she really listened to me, and saw me as I am. I was not expecting to have such a clear option for treatment with very clear reasoning. Once my visit was close to done, Dr. Pieper introduced me to their therapist Dr. Daniel Kreuzberg. Dr. Kreuzberg chatted with me for a couple minutes to see if I would be interested in coming back in to meet with him. Ever since my first appointment both of them have been extremely goal oriented to help me and working together to get me the help I need. I've honestly been blown away because I've never had any doctor be as committed to find a solution as these two have been. The front desk and nurse staff members are extremely welcoming and easy to talk to. The facility itself is exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend coming here if you live in the old market to establish care.
