The Doctor everyone here speaks of is professional, attentive, and intelligent. The staff we have been waiting for a call back from for 3 days regarding the ins-and-outs necessary for an MRI referral have not occurred despite an open-ended promise (hint hint). My job should have already terminated me as a result. For some reason, otherwise, I remain blessed. Point is, don't trust everything you hear.

Best urgent care in America. They’re usually a last option. But this one has top notch care. The staff was polite and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and gave me what I needed to get better. No less no more. The price was affordable and they may be willing to work with you on a sliding scale. Being nice to the doctors and staff goes a long way here.

I was blown away by the great customer service I received not only from the front desk but from the doctor as well. I came in concerned that I may have pink eye. The doctor was very professional while examining my eye and even asked about a separate issue he saw and prescribed me something for that as well. He got me a note for my job and both him and the staff there were amazing. This is the place to go. I’ve been to multiple urgent cares and I’d recommend this one 1000 times over.

I felt welcome as soon as I entered the door. They staff here greeted me as if I was an old familiar friend. They heated up a cup of water so I could make my tea. There was a lil bit of a wait but they made me feel so welcome I did not mind, but the Dr's exam for my physical was very thorough, discreet and well thought through. He asked and answered many questions with no fear of judgement or reprisal, and safe around him, his nurses and clerical staff here. I would highly recommend it as a walk in like I did the first 2x I came here but made an appointment today and they were able to fit me in nice and easy. Excellent customer service and just good kind, caring people here.
