Everything was wonderful at this place from the time that I got there till the time that I went home. The staff was friendly and courteous and very informative and very caring to my needs. I was a little bit scared when I got there because of the procedure that was being done but they made me feel at ease and like I had nothing to worry about which I really didn't. So I'm very grateful for the experience that I had there and I would recommend that if anybody needs anything done that this hospital can do for them that they give this hospital a try because like I said they were very informative courteous and nice to me I couldn't ask for a better staff than what I had at Southwest medical center. Thank you very much for the experience that I had there.

The care my dad had at Southwest Medical was by far some of the best medical care we have ever had! From the cleaning attendant to the surgeon and all the nurses, aides, and PT everyone was uplifting, positive, and caring even the weekend crew! I was so impressed.

I appreciate the care given to my spouse during this time. I also appreciate the effort it took to see to his needs. The staff was very mindful of my needs also. The many times the key was needed for me to use the locked restroom. May you continue to use your talents to see after the needs of the very venerable physically and mentally. HR

Staff members did a great job at making me feel relaxed and comfortable about the process and procedure I had. Also included great team work and education with the student present for my procedure. Overall they were also very timely even though they were very busy.

My life has been saved several times at this hospital by wonderful staff! The nurses and techs are caring and compassionate. They take the time to do their job although their very busy; they do their best to attend to your needs. We as patients just need to have patience and understanding of how busy the staff is. We need to remember they are humans; they're not perfect and neither are you! I definitely recommend South West Integris Hospital!!
