My wife and I took our daughter to get seen with Dr Moseman and she was very kind. Just wanted to say the receptionists were awesome to my daughter and friendly. Bella my daughter love the toy! I will recommend Joshua Medical

The most unprofessional and insulting group of monsters posing as physicians. They loudly discussed my highly private medical condition in front of other patients by yelling to one another. They keep horrific records. One doctor's negligence single-handedly destroyed a lawsuit i had by drafting out wildly inaccurate medical records. I am an injury attorney; their flippant history in records cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars! Also, I've called 5 times for test results and can't get a call back. Their office is gross. They are just the worst group of UNprofessionals I've ever been subjected to.

I will NEVER recommend Joshua to anyone. I’m writing this so others know how poorly people are treated here. My daughter’s foot was injured, and we were referred to Dr. Jennifer. She was absolutely wonderful—kind, knowledgeable, and she even speaks Spanish, which was such a blessing. She and another doctor treated my child with genuine care, and for that, I’m very grateful. But the front desk and female nurses? Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. We spent WEEKS calling to request my daughter’s records. We called every single week, and so did her other doctors, yet the records were never sent. Every time we called, the nurses claimed they had been sent, which was a flat-out lie. When I finally went to the clinic in person, I was shocked by the treatment I received. A staff member named Jessica was arrogant and rude. Instead of listening to my concerns, she actually questioned why I hadn’t acted on my daughter’s situation sooner—then compared it to her own son! That was not only inappropriate but incredibly unprofessional. All situations are NOT the same, and in that moment, she made the entire situation about herself instead of my child. She then brought in the manager, who completely missed the point. Instead of addressing the issue with his staff not sending records and being disrespectful, he kept asking about the doctors—who were never the problem. The doctors are excellent, especially Jennifer. But the rest of the female staff? Arrogant. Dismissive. Unprofessional.

Jennifer Pineda is an excellent NP, compassionate and friendly. She is very respectful, knowledgeable and explains everything. She was very attentive with my daughter and didn’t rush us through the visit. Jennifer made sure my daughter was calm and comfortable during the visit. Nurse Michel was very friendly and attentive. He took my daughter’s vitals and was very caring of listening the symptoms she had. Thank you for treating us like family!

My first visit to the clinic was not as positive as I had hoped due to interactions with front desk staff. The receptionist, Jessie, appeared distracted and came across as abrupt when requesting my information. When I inquired about a copay, I only received a nod without clarification. Later, when I called to update my pharmacy, the staff member who answered, Mírela, seemed somewhat dismissive, which left me feeling unheard. On the other hand, the medical care was excellent. Nurse Practitioner Jennifer and Dr. Mosman were kind, professional, and very attentive. They provided a great experience, and I truly appreciated their care. I had heard wonderful things about this being a Christian-based clinic and still believe the providers reflect those values. I hope that with some attention to the front desk experience, the rest of the staff can reflect the same warmth and professionalism as the medical team.
