Love Dr Koomson and her staff. They are always so caring and professional whether you go in for urgent care or a routine appointment. I have never had a long wait, but it always seems like Dr Koomson takes whatever time she needs to listen to your concerns. Thank you for the excellent care!

This was my 1st visit for Medicare wellness check. Dr had not completed the mandated paperwork necessary for establishing care with Humana. I did not have a card because paperwork was not completed. She would take care of in her time.. not an emergency problem. Lab was ordered. Could not complete order. Because I did not have a card with Humana number. I was scheduled for echocardiogram. I plan having problem getting it completed due to the same problem. Problem voiced but no resolution found for these concerns. Pleasant bedside manner. 30 minutes late for appointment.

Staff always friendly, accompanying & professional. I never have to wait to be taken back or to see Dr Pickrell. Dr Pickrell is very attentive to my concerns.

Dr. Koomson and her staff make me feel so comfortable when I have to go see the doctor. I have no anxiety issues with Dr. Koomson like I have had with others! She is always kind, compassionate, thorough and she listens to what I am telling her. She always talks to me so that I understand what she is telling me.

First visit with Dr. Virdi . We really liked her nurse, she was nice. Actually all the staff was super nice and pleasant. So far we are satisfied with our discussion on making this his new primary care doctor!
