I have been going here since 2017. I have been seen in many different clinics and have always been treated with professionalism and respect. I love that everything is right in the same clinic. Lab, x-ray etc. I see a PA and she is the most intelligent compassionate doctor I have ever had. Even though there are many clinics closer to me, I am very satisfied here.

I had an appointment with Dr. William E. Walsh Jr. on November 10, 2025, for a keloid shaving, and my experience was very disappointing. I’ve had this keloid for 10 years and was hopeful to finally get it shaved down, but the doctor’s tone and attitude were very discouraging. He stated, “There’s a 100% chance it will come back, probably even worse,” in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh and condescending. This was my third visit with him, and each time he’s been dismissive, often saying, “Let’s leave the option open,” instead of helping me move forward with care. I also noticed how he spoke to the nurse assisting him in a minimizing way and ended our visit with a patronizing remark. The entire interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I hope the clinic takes steps to improve how patients are treated and communicated with.

Vastly improved from one year ago. Billing system is still terrible and nobody seems to respond to billing errors, not even when mailing letters to CEO office about the billing errors! Staff at front desks used to view porn sites at the dental clinic, but I no longer see this happening. Front desk services vastly improved. Clinicians tend to over order labs, X-rays, etc. But clinicians have always been respectable and receptive to listening. Again, services vastly improved from one year ago. I would still encourage use of a different medical center for emergency care!

Top notch care and you can get in quickly. Whoever mans the phones needs more help. Over a 30 minute wait to get through to make an appointment. Otherwise, I have been impressed with the care. Parking can be expensive, although they do offer validation to reduce the cost. There is also some in Street parking. Do note that some of the other patients can and do come from all socioeconomic backgrounds.
