Horrible customer service when you call the call center. The women that pick up have no training.They need to do better. It's just ignorance at its finest.

I’ve been coming here for years and all of a sudden, I’m being told by a scheduler who clearly can’t do her job that, because I haven’t been seen in 3 years, I’m being considered a new patient. I was just there last year though. Then, instead of transferring me like she said she would, she hung up. Clearly it’s time to switch doctors because that was beyond ridiculous. Between that and the long wait times while you’re there for your appointment, this is no longer convenient.

Dentist department particularly Amaya absolutely rude and unprofessional . I unfortunately walked in at 11:45 as a walkin, I was in so much pain i stood at the window for 15 minutes. When I rung the bell Amaya looked at me, continued to gossip with her coworkers, looked at me again then proceeded to walk in the back only to close the door. I continued to wait until the security guard came to me asked if I was ok, I kindly shook my head since I was in so much pain and he simply stated that the dental department were on break but when they turn the lights on that theyll be back open. I appreciated the communication cause I felt silly standing there and being ignored. I waited from 11:45- 1:10. When they turned back on the light at 1:10 the same lady Amaya told me that there weren’t any dentists in the building!!! I asked if she knew this when she saw me at 11:45 that they weren’t any dentists, she stated that she didn’t know what service I needed, I calmly stated that if she communicated maybe she would have. I was in so much pain and to tell me 2 hours later that I can come back tomorrow is so unprofessional. Do better Amaya and work on your customer service.

Re-review the information they provide you because in my experience the guidance was wrong and my time was wasted. Shared all my information upfront as requested, nurse called to schedule an appointment, drove all the way to the appointment but couldn’t be seen because call center did not give me with the correct info. If you hate wasting your time be mindful.
