I’ve been going here for years. Lauren Ramos and Dr. Knopf are exceptional. They make you feel comfortable and are great to work with.

They can’t seem to keep an MD employed here and I have yet to find who my new doctor is, months after my previous one left. They reschedule appts at the last minute, sometimes once you’ve already arrived at the office. It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone over the phone, they’re very flaky. I had high hopes for this office but have been very disappointed in the lack of care, courtesy, and kindness that should be shown to patients (but isn’t here).

The staff is wonderful. Dr Knopp is very knowledgeable and patient. I never feel rushed and he answers all my questions. I have felt very comfortable and confident with any injections he has given me. And Erica Falger has been such a tremendous help to me. She remembers her patients, is very personable and relatable. She cares about the patient as a whole, physically and emotionally. Pain can be very exhausting and depressing so it’s nice to know someone is looking out for you. She also takes her time and makes sure she reviews everything with you and answer any questions. I have trusted her judgement/recommendations with different things she has tried to help my pain, podcasts and books she has recommended. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. The only downside is the wait time for appointments. It can sometimes take a couple of months but I don’t mind the wait knowing the expertise and care they provide. Thankful I was referred to their office :)

Zero stars if possible. Severe pain for months and have been waiting on my spinal epidural for 4 months while in pain to have them cancel the appointment last week last minute and tell me they can’t reschedule me until April. How is this ok? Im in pain.

The most caring, considerate & amazing staff from the front desk to the doctor's and everyone in between. They listened to what I had to say and made me a part of my care plan. Procedures were explained until I understood what was happening. No question was ignored. Highly recommended them and though I'm hoping I do need there services, they're my first call if I do.
