Doctors are always at least 20 mins late to appointments. Can’t show to e visits on time either. I understand schedules get pushed back but trying to get refills on meds that a needed and being ignored to than having to schedule a appointment with someone else and do it over zoom, they don’t communicate don’t value the patients time or the patient themselves. I went in for a blood draw on Friday evening. The needle going in wasn't an issue but when she pulled the needle out it was incredibly painful. I audibly said ow and told her it really hurt when she pulled it out. She just kept talking about her plans after work, pulled my arm down and wrapped it, saying I was good to go. I again tried to tell her that it was painful. I was walking out to the lobby with tears in my eyes holding my arm. It wouldn't stop aching until about 4 hours later from icing it. Fast forward and all weekend I couldn't extend my arm without it stinging. I go back to the clinic Monday evening to speak to someone about the pain I had felt to better understand what could have happened. I get blood draws very frequently and never experienced that pain, especially when they are pulling the needle out. I am sent back to labs and end up speaking to the same tech that drew my blood. I was very respectful stating that I get drawn a lot and just want to better understand what could have happened. That I was well hydrated and ate before hand. That I wasn't mad, I just want to understand. The tech was defensive and told me that "this isn't an exact science, we are sticking a needle in your vein, sometimes its going to hurt. You aren't the only one who feels pain during a blood draw." It was very disheartening that my concern was just brushed off. I kept asking clarifying questions, trying to explain it. My arm shouldn't be hurting 4 days later from extending it. If its common, ok, just explain it, don't brush it off like you have better things to do than talk to a concerned patient.

Excellent parking, answered my questions and set me up with a family practitioner to see a week. Comfy cozy reception area with clean bathrooms made the place very welcoming. Pictures on the wall.It made it easier to choose a provider, so that was helpful. And the receptionists were just plain wonderful. Since it's a walk up, I could have seen somebody today but I am looking for long term care. Excellent location, so it's easy to drive into

Made my appointment with Dr. Brady Larson for 750, so I’m guessing the first one of the day because they don’t open until 8. They checked me in and after 35 minutes they canceled my appointment and said I would have to rescheduled. Highly recommend not scheduling with this doc no efforts to work me in were made.

Previous reviewer: When you try to call, you must wait in a call-center queue just to request to be transferred to the clinic. I spent 11 minutes on the phone waiting, and when the clinic finally answered, they hung up on me. My experience was worse than this previous reviewer. I waited on hold for almost an hour. I decided I'd just drive there and make an appointment, but stayed on the line, on hold. While I was standing at the appointment desk with literally over one hour of wait time recorded on my cell phone, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me.
