Everyone from the ER to the Pharmacy staff on my way out the door to go home went out of their way to make me feel their genuine care for my best outcome. The doctors LISTENED to my description of my symptoms, clearly explained initial possibilities and the tests need to narrow down the cause of my condition. Once my situation was understood, I was provided with a primary recommendation as well as some reasonable options if I didn’t want to pursue the primary immediately. The nursing staff I encountered was also first rate and on top of all my needs. Thank you all!

Sent to the ER by the after-hours clinic at my usual doctor's office. To be admitted into the hospital for swelling in the face, nasal cavity, and eye cavity, which was affecting my breathing. Got to the ER, and they told me I’d have to wait in triage to be seen. Got to the ER at 8:45 PM and was finally moved to the emergency room at 5:30 AM. Got up to a room eventually because I was having surgery because it was a severe problem, and the oral surgeon on-call said I needed to go to surgery right away. Most of the nurses were very nice and helpful. Had one Night nurse, I don’t believe she knew where she was. She would come in. Tell me she’d be right back, and then she would disappear, and I would have to call her to get her back. Never could bring pain meds on time. It would be an hour and a half to two hours, she says, she would forget I was in the hospital room from Tuesday. Discharged on a Friday. Never once did I change my Linens. When the janitorial service came in to clean, they would run the mop through one round, leave, wipe nothing down, check nothing else, and not clean the restrooms. The only reason I gave three stars is that overall, the doctors were great, and most of the nurses were excellent. If I had to write it because of the other staff, I would’ve given it a zero-star rating.

The staff was excellent, my Surgeon doctor Singh was a very skilled genius in orthopedic reconstruction he educated my wife and I on the procedures that were being performed on me. He laid out a full treatment plan and had all the time in the world to sit and talk to us. I did not ever feel rushed with doctor Singh. He is also blessed with a staff that definitely dots the i’s and crosses the t’s on everything that they touch. Great work Team “My Dream Team” Every component of their business from calling in setting appointments, everyone doing exactly as they had promised, and everyone does their job with a big smile and welcomes you with open arms around each corner you turned in the hospital. Fourth floor NS staff Megan my nurse Julian, my Tech got me very comfortably through the night after having a total hip replacement. They are true rock stars. They are a reflection of Dell Seton, and everything quality stands for. All the way down to my checkout, Anita, who took me down to my vehicle was as kind and sweet as a person could be. My case, manager, who I can’t remember, her name went down herself to get my walker and a few other things that I was getting from the hospital to make my home more suited for me to rest well and have the tools that I needed at the house. These people really, really really care my hats off to the staff at Dell Seton UT Health They made a difficult moment. Very very doable. Happy New Year to the staff and their families if I need surgery again or any other kind of medical attention, I will 100% take my business back to them. Love and respect The Hennessy family 🙏🏻🤗

I want to sincerely thank everyone at Dell Seton Medical Center for the outstanding care I received. The staff provided me with all the comfort and support I needed during my stay, including access to Arabic interpreters who helped clearly communicate important medical information. The doctors, nurses, and team members were professional, kind, and attentive. I truly appreciate the quality of care and the respectful environment. Thank you for making me feel safe and supported.

Our experience at Dell Seton at University of Texas was absolutely incredible. My mom had surgery this week, and words can't describe the compassionate care she received. Kudos to Sarah, Yashira, Giselle for their hard work!👏🏼 They were extraordinary, so kind and friendly! Thank you to the operation room professionals, too. We were very worried about the surgery, as my mom is 87 years old and, at her age, could experience complications. Dr. Elisa Furay is an excellent surgeon! She explained the procedure in detail, letting us know that she'd even had older patients with the same condition, and their surgeries were completed successfully, which gave us even more peace of mind and security. My mom's surgery also went well! We are so grateful for all the help they provided, which showed the love and dedication of their staff.❤️👏🏼
