Convenient Care Clinic

So very grateful to have found this clinic and Susan! It’s been a long time since I’ve felt not rushed and cared for (genuinely) in a healthcare facility. This clinic is truly such a benefit to the local community and medical community at large, reminding us all about the importance of genuine human connection, compassion, and putting patient care above all else. Thank you!!

The rising cost of healthcare, coupled with challenging access due to overbooked providers at the larger healthcare organizations in town makes Convenient Care shine like a beacon of light! The providers are kind, compassionate, and thorough. They're mostly known for their walk-in Clinic access, but they also have two providers (one female, one male) who take Primary Care patients and they go above and beyond to squeeze you in urgently if the need arises! Their personalized and affordable healthcare is a blessing.

Dr. Jamie Upton & Alicia were absolutely amazing this evening. I came in panicked because my 1.5 year old stuck something up her nose and I was scared to try to get it myself. With zero hesitation Dr Upton and Alicia helped us & successfully got it out. They were patient, compassionate and understanding. My daughter is very challenging and does not take to new people often but she actually reached for Alicia to hold her and that means so much! We just moved here to ND and they forever have my business because of my experience.

I went in to have my wrist looked at and I mentioned it might be a cyst, and instead of examining it, they immediately dismissed me and said that’s “an orthopedics job.” Isn’t the whole point of a convenient care clinic to actually take a look at what’s going on? They do sports physicals but can’t take five minutes to at least assess my wrist? To make matters worse, I arrived at 4:30 for a clinic that’s listed as closing at 5, and the doors were already locked. The front desk person acted like letting me in was a huge favor. If you’re not going to see patients until closing, don’t advertise those hours. I wasn’t expecting surgery on the spot, but at the very least I expected a basic exam, some guidance, or an honest effort. Instead I left feeling brushed off and unwelcome. 🫩 edit. it was De Quervain's tenosynovitis something i did not need to visit the orthopedic office for. also easily diagnosed

What a blessing this place is! We have a high deductible plan (the kind you really pray you don’t have to meet) and what a gem this place is! They managed my child’s ear infection and even did a follow up to make sure it cleared without an extra charge! Affordable care with knowledgable, friendly providers/staff in a clean and comfortable environment— and my child left with a snack and smile! We will definitely use them again!
