I enjoy doctor Buness I agree with her that she is the best at the practice and that she could do a better job managing the clinic than their manager. I fully trust her opinion of my health and her opinions of the clinic. She has common sense and intelligence beyond medical care.

Anna Buness made fun of the way I look, and body shamed me. She has literally no respect for the LGBT community. She was more focused on talking about how great our president is than helping me manage my health issues.

“I had a wonderful experience at this clinic! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the clinic itself is clean, bright, and inviting. My doctor truly listened to me, addressed all of my concerns, and made sure all of my needs were met. I feel very well cared for and highly recommend this practice!”

The front desk staff was amazing. Yet, I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Jessica Lautmann Lenaghan was not good. I felt she had looked at my chart & came to the appointment with preconceived ideas of what I need to do, which did not align with my wishes. Even after I told her I didn’t want a certain treatment due to concerns; she insisted that she still fill the prescription. She did not address my concerns with the medication. I shut down, partly due to some past medical trauma, but she did not try to meet me where I was at all. She did not address what I had stated I wanted to talk about beforehand. I left in tears & with a feeling that she hoped I never come back again. I know I am easily triggered in the doctors office, but it is not common for me to leave in tears.

I had a follow up appointment with Jessica Lenaghan. She rushed through my appointment and did not show compassion or concern. She prescribed me with the same medication previous doctors , dermatologist , and Nurse practitioner within her office prescribed to me. I expressed to her it haven’t been working and that I have been on this medication for 8 months. She continued to prescribe it and told me “ you don't have to pick the prescription up. If your looking for a caring and concerned doctor who include you in your care don’t go to her.
