Ally Medical Emergency Room - Central Austin

I will forever refer people to Ally for emergency medical care! It’s so much better than urgent care. Not only do they have imaging like CT scans, but they also have fantastic staff. Everyone from the front desk to the imaging area was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The nurses were thorough, professional, and caring. The radiology tech was one of the nicest people I’ve met in a minute! The doctor actually spoke to me like a real person. This was in stark contrast to the CareNow clinic I visited earlier in the day wherein the doc stared at his computer screen as he typed the whole time he was in the room with me. At Ally, the doc had a conversation and let me have a voice in my care plan. She actually seemed like she cared about what was going on with me even though we didn’t really figure it out. She made she I was safe to go about life and try to figure it out with my pcp, which was all I needed. I had seen the Ally logo around but didn’t know what it was. Now I know they are my emergency medicine ally! Hope I don’t have to go back, but know I’ll choose Ally over anywhere else if I do.

Listen… I’m an industry guy. Been in hospitality for so long and never had health insurance. So I’ve always done self pay. When doing that you always hope to have a good clinic, with nice friendly staff, etc. It always sucks when you go to a clinic, have to self pay $200-$300 and the staff just isn’t friendly or helpful. NOT the case here. Nyah at the front desk is so sweet, supportive, and extremely helpful in laying out your options. This will be the ONLY clinic I go to moving forward! I had an excellent experience at Ally Medical Emergency Room – Central Austin. From start to finish, the care was outstanding. Mirene at the front desk was kind, efficient, and made the check-in process quick and seamless. Jess, the radiology tech, was incredibly nice and clearly communicated everything that was being administered, which helped put me at ease. Dana, the nurse, was wonderful—thorough, attentive, and very thoughtful when explaining the care plan and medications. Dr. Aldaz was fantastic and made frequent check-ins, easing my nerves and helping expedite my recovery. I truly felt cared for by every member of the team. Highly recommend this location for exceptional emergency care.

My nurse, Jennessa was extremely kind and very much attentive with me. From the start she made me feel welcomed and sweet from start to finish. Such a warm hearted person. Dr. Price was also very kind and professional when he looked over my injury and gave me a ton of helpful information on how to proceed next. If I need to go to the emergency room again I will be coming back here again. 10/10 service. Pam was sweet and amazing too. Jenny made sure my xray was handled with care and Amanda was really sweet as well

We had another great experience at Ally Medical Emergency Room. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a great attitude and a genuine smile, which makes a huge difference—especially in an emergency situation. Nyah is super friendly and helped us through the entire process smoothly. The rest of the staff — Sang, Freddy, Dave, and Dr. Santos — are absolutely amazing. Everyone is incredibly kind, professional, and takes the time to walk you through every step while clearly explaining everything. This was our third visit, and we continue to be impressed by how fast they take care of you and how consistent their service is every single time. Providing this level of care is extremely important in this type of location, because most patients are not at their best when they arrive. Ally Medical truly understands that and delivers outstanding service. Highly recommend!
