Very rude. I looked into using them last year and ultimately went with someone else. They recently called me to get my business for this upcoming year, but I am happy with my current process. When I very politely told them I wasn't interested this year, they badgered me with the "well, why not?" I again politely said I was happy with my current service, when in reality I could've just said because I'm not. After that they hung up on me. Ruined any chance of ever doing business with in the future. Customer Service is first people!

We are extremely pleased with the service from our technician, Alexander. He always announced his arrival with a cheerful smile we and is very pleasant. In today’s world that doesn’t happen as it should. We appreciate it so much. Weed Man is fortunate to have such a gem of an employee who really shines for the company and its reputation.

We've been customers with Weedman for 20 years through different Weedman owners and have always had good techs. The service has improved with the text notification of treatments. Number One, we like the people & dog friendly applications with slow release. This year has been awesome with the rain. Our grass is like carpet. We only get fertilizer & weed control. They have other offerings. We are just happy with what we get done and do the aeration ourselves.

We are WEEDMAN customers. One July 11, they sent someone to apply weed prevention solution to our yard. Right after that we noticed swaths of dead grass that follow geometric patterns across the lawn—the same patterns in which the solution was applied. That grass is now dead. Also, the WEEDMAN rep who sprayed our yard sprayed areas I asked him not to, like a flower bed, and decimated the flowers. We contacted WEEDMAN and their response hasn’t been helpful. The hours/days they offer to come out are very limited and not at all soon. I spoke to customer service two or three times and no one but the answering service has gotten back to us. My husband posted our problem on Next Door and a number of people are having the same problem. And BTW these aren’t grubs. The only reasonable explanation, given the timing and shapes of the dead grass, is the application from WEEDMAN.

Weed man is my go to lawn care specialist. I recently incorporated a golf putting green in with my manicured lawn.Because of the care and time Weed Man has taken,I am constantly getting complements about my lawn. I am the first to tell them it not my doing even though my name is Gardner😆. Its Weed Man.Please consider using them your lawn will thank you.
