I had high hopes for Lawn Starter, but unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly disappointing. The third-party providers they work with appear to be poorly vetted. Despite spending hundreds of dollars on landscaping this summer, the crew left my yard in disarray—blowing debris into my flower beds, leaving large clumps of grass across the lawn, and departing without any cleanup. When I contacted customer service, I was offered a mere $15 credit, which felt dismissive given the damage. I’m now anticipating burns in my garden and weeds overtaking my flower beds. Lawn Distress This company required three cuts before cancelation with the agreement every two weeks. The July 3rd first cut good, second July 17th canceled several Lawn pro’s, see pictures of my butchered yard below, I did receive a $15 discount. Third cut due Aug 2nd then changed to Aug 3rd and finally again to Aug 11th, well past two weeks so I canceled ALL services. I feel no further contact is needed since I’ve tried to revise it before this point. Thank you

LAWNSTARTER what a HORRIBLE experience. The WORST customer service experience I've ever had with a company. I REGRET the day I referred your company to my neighbors on nextdoor and put my name on your company. I paid Lawnstarter to severely damage my property. Then your company continuously gave me the run around after I called taking the appropriate steps to file a claim the day of and I sent pictures along with video to the email address. Then Lawnstarter never reached back out to follow up with the claim. Lawnstarter failed to apologize nor handle business at all. After not hearing back from you all I called back only to be told that you had no clue as to what I was speaking of until I expressed that I have the email with pictures attached. Then you all off a sudden you found the pictures but nothing else . I then asked for a supervisor which I was told I'd receive a call from which Lawnstarter dropped the ball on yet again never following up. The customer rep tried to act as though there was no record for the 3rd time started an entirely new claim and nothing was ever done to rectify this horrible experience. I reached out to Lawnstarter again only to be replied to via email that its past the time allowed to get anything accompanied. So, Lawnstarter waited until time passed so they wouldn't be accountable for the damage that their non-vetted service representatives did to my lawn.This Lawnstarter service provider was not vetted before servicing my lawn. They cut the side of my lawn with a weed eater not a lown mower severely damaging my lawn. They also cut the side of my driveway so short that you could see the dirt. Then it got worse.. As a customer I've been taken through the absolute mud with no resolve and taken a costly loss at the hands of Lawnstarter. I had multiple neighbors use your company and had similar bad experiences. I absolutely regret referring Lawnstarter and using their services. It has been nothing more than poor customer service and horrible lawn care

This was my first time using this service and my husband and I were COMPLETELY disappointed. I first scheduled for someone to come out 2 weeks prior to actually getting someone to even show up. I went through 3 different “pros” constantly rescheduling with no reason as to why. Then the 4th pro that actually showed up did a half ass job with our front yard and completely disregarded our backyard. We reached out to them letting them know that the job was incomplete and their reasoning was because our gate was closed. Not locked.. But closed lol. With us not even having a lock on our gate nor a latch, it didn’t make sense to us that they didn’t even try to just push it open. Anyways.. They ended up coming back out today and the job that they did .. they should’ve just left our yard alone. Both front and back. They didn’t do any of the weed eating (which was extra), didn’t do any edging, the mow itself was uneven, and then they left trash in our yard. Our yard looks like it wasn’t even touched. I didn’t even want to wait for a new “pro” to come out and fix anything because if that’s their 4 star pro .. I didn’t want another one at all. I ended up canceling my services.

I hired Andrea for a one-time lawn cleanup, and he did an amazing job! The yard looked spotless, and he was thorough and professional. Now, he takes care of my lawn every two weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with his services. Always reliable, detail-oriented, and my lawn has never looked better. Highly recommend
