Ethan came by today for our first treatment with Experigreen. He showed up bright and early, did his thing and took the time to explain thoroughly what treatment he provided. He was super respectful and overall an absolute pleasure to deal with. Hoping he comes back for our future services!

I had a great experience working with Austin! He was incredibly helpful and supportive while helping us get lawn care set up for our home. He made the process simple, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

Erika called me up recently while I was considering changing yard care/weeding services and was fantastic. Not too pushy, as I wasn’t ready to change right away, but pleasantly persistent enough to be there when I was. On top of the great customer service, the yard care will be half of what I WAS paying, so that’s a plus. Looking forward to being able to review the provided services but if they’re anything like the customer service, I’ll be in good hands.

Moving to another provider after 3-years. Their (8-visit, fescue lawn) treatment services were consistent and competitive, generally keeping my lawn in good shape, but never the partner I wanted when I made decision to give them a try 3-years ago - they didn't do anything to differentiate from other providers I've subscribed over the years. That said, any time I had questions, or special need, dealings with the business office left much to be desired - always required multiple calls/emails to get them to 'listen' & understand situation. The final 'straw' after 3-years being a customer, was when they wouldn't honor a discount offered to me for resubscribing for annual services. Unethical practice, I decided it wasn't worth the effort this time around, especially given it's probably the best time of year to change providers.

I've read the reviews . Looking forward to the same good experiences. I was hit last year with the "army worms' attack and it drained all my energy and grass. I was referred to Evergreen. I have spoken repeatedly to Mr.Ken and he's addressed my concerns along with the restoration process. PRAYING they will do the same for me. I'll keep you posted.
