Top Turf Lawn Care and Pest Management

Top Turf aeration and seeding performed September 2025 has had very negative impact to my lawn. To start although I flagged all my sprinkler heads 3 of the heads with flags were runover during aeration. The seeding was heavily distributed in all my flower beds which are now full of grass. The seed used produced a significant amount of Poa Annua. This is causing me a lot of unplanned work. I have sent 2 emails and 1 phone call to Top Turf with Zero responses. I am pleased with Top Turf lawn treatments but will not use their aeration / seeding in the future

This is my first service from Top turf. Sam came to the door to let me know they were servicing my yard. He provided me with the document sharing what they were doing today and reminded me to keep my dog off the lawn for a couple of hours. Very polite and I appreciated the reminder! Thanks Sam!

Driver destroyed my property, and I wasn't even a customer. Dead sod was brought out to "fi" the ruts the driver left in my yard. Owner will not fix, leaving me with a damaged yard. Update the owner now refuses to fix the damage done to my property. Sod that was placed on the damage, as shown in the pictures , wasn't placed properly and was dead upon placement. Would not recommend.

I was going to be a mew customer to Top turf. Called top turf last week to schedule aeration and over seeding. Spoke with Jean he was more than helpful explaining the process of what they do. He also explained the treatment plan they do which I was really wanting to get my yard the help it needed. I locked in a time for them to come on Oct 7. Unfortunately nobody ever showed up to treat my yard. We called around 5 on Oct. 7 to ask if anyone was going to come out to treat the yard. We were told Top Turf was going to reach out to the technician to see where they were and they would call us back. We never received a call back. I called top turf this morning and spoke with Yolanda to explain nobody showed up to aerate and seed. She said the earliest the could get me on schedule would be Friday. I told them that is unacceptable they should come out today since they missed it yesterday. I also did not receive an explanation as to why my yard was missed. They did not try to rectify the missed treatment or keep my business in anyway. Beware before booking.
