The best Team ever. Kept me updated, sent pictures and sweet comments. First time using a boarding place, so WAG was the most convenient by location, time, and options. My dog loved it. He was so happy and it showed. He was actually very exhausted from his playtimes, too. We’ll def be back and I’ll have more options to add to the visit to make it even more enjoyable. 🐾

We boarded our cat Tiger at this location for a week, and it could not have been more convenient. We did the park and shuttle to DIA (note, you do have a short walk over to the shuttle from FOX car rental through a parking lot). Tiger was well kept and adjusted very quickly to being back home with us with no issues (he is overall, a very chill cat) - and we also received (mostly) daily pictures of him in the Deluxe Suite. The cats do have their own separate door-gated area away from the dogs which is nice, because the barking can get quite loud (as one would expect!). Would definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling.

I had last minute holiday plan changes and could not find a place to board my dog given that I live in Colorado and EVERYONE has dogs here. I went down the line of reputable places and the woman who answered at Wags was so accommodating. She shuffled things around and got my dog scheduled AND I got a great discount for being a first time customer! I was so grateful to her. I was nervous dropping him off because it’s a big facility and I worried he might not get the attention that would make him feel comforted. But the staff was really great, ran through everything with me and sent me pictures during his stay. Pick up was equally awesome as they gave me a report card of how he did. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Love this facility! My dog does not do well with other dogs and stresses out during boarding but they handle him like pros! He is the happiest he has ever been at a boarding facility when he goes to WAGS. They send me pictures every day so I don’t have to worry. The grooming that I have had done there is great and inexpensive. He sheds less after a grooming visit to WAGS than any other groomer. The staff is always pleasant and seems like they really enjoy their jobs, which is amazing to me since there is constant dog barking. lol. 100% recommend!

I use Wags Hotel for daycare and they have always been wonderful to my puppy! The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. My 6-month-old Shih Tzu absolutely loves going—she gets so excited when we arrive, and sometimes doesn’t even want to leave! They always send a picture of her during her stay, which I really appreciate. It’s clear they take great care of her, and I highly recommend Wags Hotel for any busy dog owner looking for a safe and happy place for their pup!
