Yesterday this doggy got a new home and I couldn't be happier! Went with a friend. The process was so simple and there was no charge. Only 20$ for license. 62 or over fee is waived. G knew what dog he wanted to visit. Jill, a volunteer and friend sent me many recommendations. So many dogs that need a home . Or just a volunteer to take them for a walk. Definitely will pull on your heart strings visiting the animals! His new name is Velcro!!

I went here a little over a year ago and I didn’t have the best experience. It smelled terrible and I was attacked (dog drew blood from my hand and face) and the manger didn’t seem to care at all. Said I’d never go back until I seen this little puppy and I was like I’m getting him and taking him home. Immediately there was a difference! The smell didn’t kick you in the nose, smelled deodorized. The customer service was so much better. Staff walked through repeatedly asking if I had been seen. Someone came and showed me the dog while I wanted in the queue to make my decision faster. The person who checked me out seemed to truly love and care for the animals. Total 180 from my other experiences here. I am not sure if management changed but if it did, the changes are showing! Thank you for helping me add to my family! I got Simba and he is doing well! My checkout lady did the intake with Simba! She was THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

I volunteered for stroll mate to walk some of the dogs that they have in the Kennels. I was so thrilled to be able to take those sweet pups out and let them get a good little walk in. And it's an opportunity for me to get some exercise at the same time. They were so excited and to start with they pulled a little bit and it didn't take long before they settle down. The three dogs that I walked knew exactly how to act to get a treat and knew to sit on command. Since I am 71 years old I was only able to take out three of the dogs because at the end of pup number 3, I was beat to the Bone. It's quite obvious that the people there love those animals

I had a great experience here! I have been wanting to foster for a while and finally decided to. The process was easy and smooth, and i was paired with a kitten immediately. The security officer at the front was also super friendly! Very thankful I came here and i absolutely adore my new girl!
