So happy we found Urban Paws!!! Excellent care for our pets while we’re out of town! Very responsive to communication and sent pictures every day so we could see how happy our pets were, even though we weren’t there!! Definitely will rebook and refer to friends in need of pet sitting services!!

I often see Jackson walking dogs in my neighborhood, and he truly goes above and beyond in the way he cares for each one. Recently, I needed a last-minute walk for my two-year-old beagle because I had a sick newborn and wasn’t able to take him out for a long walk myself. Jackson was able to fit us into his schedule and was a huge help during a stressful time. I’ll definitely be booking with him again the next time I need a dog walker

I can't say enough wonderful things about Jackson! He is truly one of the most caring and reliable dog walkers we've ever had. Zoey, my Golden Retriever loves him and is waiting for him at the entrance before he even arrives. Jackson goes above and beyond, providing updates, adorable pictures, and even little insights into Zoey's behavior that have been so helpful. Knowing my baby is in such kind and capable hands gives us so much peace of mind. If you're looking for someone who will treat your dog with the same love and care as you would, I highly recommend Jackson!

Jackson has been an absolute lifesaver whenever we go on vacation. He’s incredibly reliable, communicative, and truly loves dogs. Leaving Lola behind is never easy, but knowing she’ll be with Jackson makes all the difference. He takes such great care of her, keeps us updated with photos and check-ins, and makes sure she gets plenty of love and exercise while we’re away. If you’re looking for someone reliable and genuinely great with dogs, Jackson is the one to call!

Urban Paws is great. Jackson is an amazing owner and my dog loves him. He is so thorough, before and after with the follow-up reports detailing the walk, route and a picture. Urban Paws online portal for payment, reports, etc. is really easy to use, thorough, and complete. Feel SO much better using Jackson than Wag/Rover. Been working with him for 2 or more years and excited to continue to.
