An agent came out by the name of Ryan or Brian and proceeded to talk to my father about insurance. After I told him over the phone not to sign him up for anything because my father has slight dementia the person left and proceeded to sign him up anyways. Now I definitely will take some blame for not checking my father's bank statements more regularly. But I don't think a company that hires and encourages its employees to sign seniors up for plans that have no idea what they are signing up for should be allowed!!! And when I call mutal of Omaha they said oh well he's out of the trial period!! Now my father's account is over drawn by $300 and thier position was oh well he got paperwork in the mail so even with dementia he would have known what he signed up for!!! This company is a giant disgrace and preys on the elderly!! Stay away form them!!!!

Wow, incredibly rude customer service. They answered the phone call in a bad mood and no matter how polite I was, they ended the call still in a bad mood. Never going to do business with them.

They keep taking money from my account after I cancelled my life insurance policies months ago and I also never received my refund that was due to me. Bad business management and scam artist! That’s what I’m saying about this company! I call and speak to different customer service representatives and get different answers and excuses from each person. But I’m having to dispute my charges as I speak hoping no other charges go through my account. This is ridiculous and absurd to say the least! I’m on a monthly budget as it is and cannot afford to be scammed by these people all the time. They need to be turned in for fraud!
