If you are looking for a new insurance agent PLEASE talk to Jordan Wells. ever since I started the process, he has been nothing but understanding, helpful and accommodating for me. From the beginning, he discussed all of the options in my many questions with no hesitation. in stressful situations, he has been there to calmly help and give me real solutions. He is always available and always answers calls and texts very promptly. He has seriously been a breath of fresh air for me.

Called in based on the reviews, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Melody is the one to talk to! She mentioned she typically likes to give her account managers a few days for quoting, but she got back to me even faster than expected. She and her team are truly awesome!

Mary Lamb (my agent) has been the most professional and diligent agent I have ever had. She is responsive at all times and has always been very easy to talk with and get a hold of too. If you ever want a trustworthy and competent agent, she will definitely fit that bill.

Melody was great! I was up against a very short deadline to get a new homeowner's policy after my rate jumped at the time of renewal, and she was able to get me the same coverage at a fraction of the cost. She also helped me with my auto coverage as well. Went from a quote to new ID cards in 2 days! She even helped me get everything set up with my mortgage loan servicing company. Very good service!
