Disappointed and Denied Without Proper Review My experience with Pacific Life Insurance was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I was denied coverage without any prior notice or explanation. After investigating, I found out the decision was based on a misdiagnosis in my medical records—something that could have easily been clarified had they reached out. There was no attempt to verify the information or give me a chance to respond. For a company that deals with something as important as life insurance, this lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Pacific Life as a trustworthy provider.

I closed out an annuity I overnighted the documents they said they cut the check that day and sent it out the following day. It's now 8 days later and I have not received any checks from Pacific Life they can't track it because they don't have tracking numbers on significantly large checks so now I'm left to cancel it which takes 10 days. they take my money really quick but when you want to cash out tough luck. I'm dumbfounded that they send out significantly large checks not being able to track said check it's hard to comprehend

Avoid investing with this company. My father, decades ago, invested with this company in annuities. He told me multiple times in the last years of his life he had two policies with Pacific Life. The last year of his life was so difficult for me, caring for him as an invalid. We were lied to by the Veterans Administration. Upon his passing, I contacted Pacific Life. They again and again denied there were two policies, stating there was only one. I finally gave up. Close to a year after my father's death, I received an RMD notice from Pacific Life on an annuity policy of his. Thankfully, I still had the change of address for my father to my address. Yes, there was a policy that Pacific Life denied having. This company sent the proceeds from the policy but I NEVER received any kind of admittance of malpractice or apology from Pacific Life. I don't trust this company and you shouldn't either. This company doesn't deserve one star.
