I was asked by my employer to look into this young representative that stopped by to sell us insurance. This young lady is Hannah and let me tell you, this girl knows her stuff. I drilled her as much as I could and she remained calm and kept a cool and collected tone while providing great information. Hannah had come to know that I was newly pregnant and offered to talk to me about ICU coverage and accidental death, etc. At the time, I accepted, said if I am going to commit I might as well pay for the highest tier, and hope for the best, plan for the worst. Little did we know, our baby Chandler would be born at 40 weeks and 1 day in a very dramatic appearance. Our son spent 26 days in the NICU due to suffering a Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy episode during contractions. Knowing that we had this insurance to help us financially, took a huge burden off of our chests. Hannah helped me submit our claim every step of the way, and never once made me feel inadequate because I was stressed to the max after almost losing our son.
