This place is 10 out of 10. So efficient. Always knows their stuff. Doesn’t nickle and dime you. Fantastic staff. And has somehow survived Hennepin construction, Covid, ICE, etc. I go out of my way to use this UPS. Uptown needs and loves you.

Wow, I consistently receive what i consider good old fashioned great service. How often do you get to experience an entire staff thats friendly. helpful and smiling. i enjoy when i have to go there!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review In mid-October, I came into the store because my senior cat had gone missing. I had just moved to the city and didn’t know anyone, and I was visibly upset while trying to print missing-cat signs. A female staff member noticed and immediately helped me when the AirDrop printer wasn’t working. Her kindness during one of the most vulnerable moments of my life meant more than I can express. She helped me get the signs printed, offered words of encouragement, and told me stories of other pets being found—which gave me hope when I really needed it. As I was leaving, she even offered me a hug. In retrospect, I wish I had taken it. Her compassion stayed with me long after I left. A few days later, my cat was spotted and reunited with me. I’m beyond grateful—and I want to take the time to acknowledge this incredible employee. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your kindness, patience, and humanity. You truly made a difference.

Went in today to ship a painting I was selling to an art dealer. It quickly turned into an ordeal as he insisted over the phone (for a ridiculous amount of time) on a particular type of box for shipping that they didn't carry. I felt so bad. I'm specifically writing this to thank Leila. She was polite, direct, and knowledgeable. She handled the situation so well. Thank you, Leila! I'll be visiting here again because of your amazing service!

Man. To say these people go out of their way to help is an understatement! I’m newish to shipping and they not only have a great relationship with USPS for me to ship a couple different ways, but they all have a great relationship with each other you can tell. I have to call out a special employee, Will. He goes above and super beyond. Recommends things that work well for me. Offering package recommendations and answering all my nuanced questions. Definitely go slightly out of my way to go here and you should too!
