I needed to send a fax, which in the year of our lord 2026 is frankly a bit silly. I had never sent a fax before and had no idea what I was doing. But UPS had me covered with premade cover pages and an explanation of how it all worked.

UPS is a terrible delivery service!!! They never bring packages to the package room, carelessly leave them near the entrance, and constantly change delivery dates. If your package is delivered by UPS, there is a 100% chance you won’t find it.

Tez has the patience of a saint. I screwed up a QR code on a return and he was so kind as he helped me fix my mistake, pack, unpack and swap out labels. He even helped me at the door as he saw me struggling with my big oversized bulky boxes. Great experience and great customer service during the busy holiday season.

Your delivery driver today at noon by the mall does not know how to drive, was aggressive and honking his horn and making illegal u turns at the mall. Absolutely clueless and needs license revocation. Terminate immediately.

This store is my go-to for Amazon returns since it's also next to WholeFoods which Amazon requires about 20% of their items to be returned to whole foods! After I walked in with my gigantic box, a very nice store wrap came to help me get all my items checked out very quickly and efficiently! This store has ample parking and it is in a perfect spot to grab lunch at cucumbers. Get your groceries from whole foods and get your favorite items next door from HomeGoods! You can spend a half day in this little shopping strip! Highly recommend!
