Trust me rarely give five stars Leave this store a few times. No need to use it very often but I had to use it today. The employee was most kind. All I have to say is.THANK Y0U 🙏🙏🙏👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every time i have been here I have been greeted friendly. I typically drop off packages during non-peak hours, and have everything pre-labeled. Convenient place to stop in. A general note about UPS stores. They are franchises and every single one has the atittude of "it's not our responsibility". I don't know if thats how corporate explains it to the stores. But I have had numerous issues getting customer service at UPS stores, unless I buy the label from that location. The only option is waiting on hold for 1+ hours on the corporate hotline. Not an issue with this store specifically, but a note for other people pulling their hair out over UPS customer service.

I just called to ask about setting up an appointment to get a document notarized. Before I could even talk, the employee asked me to hold. I agreed to hold. Being on hold involved the employee setting the phone down on the counter and me being able to hear that employee continue to help new customers who entered the store after I had been placed on hold. I waited 25 minutes and then heard someone pick up the phone and hang it up. I don't know if this store just doesn't have to care about customer service because they do so much volume, but they make the UPS brand look bad and are not worth the convenience of being located 5 blocks from my home.

This is the WORST SHIPPING LOCATION OF MY LIFE. I paid $6 for the access point feature after they didnt even call when coming to my place for a package needing a signature. Despite my license matching the shipping address, they refused to give it to me and I got to spend 55 minutes on hold with the corporate office who said they would "file a report." If you have ANY other options avoid the absolute INCOMPETENCE of this place I would like to add then when I went back a 2nd time to get my package the store claimed they address was never right and the smart ass associate told me "well we could've overrid it but you left." AFter he told me "there is nothing I can do sorry" to my face and starred at me in silence for 5 whole seconds 90 minutes prior. Seriously, if you have any options otherwise avoid this hell hole

Make sure you purchase anything online Because it will LITERALLY double in price when you come to the store(cost me $46 online vs $84 in person). Even though it's the same company. Also I would avoid this branch because they're 2.8 star is very well earned in that They know next to nothing about the basics of their job. If people are trusting you with thousands of dollars of their products you should know what a high value report is and where to print or re-print them. You should know the basics of how your company site works. Your job is LITERALLY to know how your company works So that you can help customers who don't know how it works or fix problems when your company makes mistakes. That's what customer service is
