I dropped off an Amazon return this morning, and I’m honestly shocked — this place charged me 50 cents just to put a tiny piece of tape (maybe 2x6 inches) on the front of my box. Fifty cents! I didn’t have my wallet or any cash on me, so I had to go back to my car and dig around for change. Ridiculous.To make it worse, the woman working today (Feb 26th, around 8 AM) acted like I was a huge inconvenience for even being there. Excuse me? This is literally your job. I normally don’t post complaints, but I manage a retail business myself — and if any of my employees treated a customer the way I was treated this morning, there would be serious coaching or even disciplinary action.It’s not about the 50 cents — it’s the principle. If you don’t like working with people, why work in retail? Unacceptable experience. I come to this place all the time but this will definitely be the last time.

Courtney at the Brooklyn Center was amazing. She was so helpful in the process of trying to create a banner for my husband’s party. The party was very sentimental because he almost lost his life. She was able to communicate with me in an effective way that had impacted me to be able to send anybody to this location to have things done. In addition she also Showed me other things that they can be able to do to help with my own personal entrepreneurial business. I recommend anyone to come here thank you so much Courtney in the UPS store. She definitely need a raise and also recognition.

I didn’t expect this UPS store to offer so many options. This is the second year using their printing services and I can say I’m very satisfied. Working with Vino has made all my printing services so easy. I do have to say, with the large amount of printing needed, they have always completed my request early! Thank you!
