the people that work here are genuinely helpful, i came in once with a super confusing verizon return and didn't have the paperwork i was supposed to have and the person working that day found a workaround within 5 minutes. i also just went in to get a passport photo taken and after they told me they didn't do digital copies the guy offered to just take the picture on my phone free of charge (should've gotten your name, i appreciate you!)

These guys are the best. They gave me the nickname “big bags” since I bring in so many big bags of things to ship. A father son team who are always a delight to catch up with! Big fan

I really like this UPS store. The staff here are very patient and efficient, especially one very handsome Black man I love him. I’m giving this store five stars.

Really difficult to get any information from anyone who works there or who answers the phone. Today was Columbus Day. Businesses are not on their regular hours today. I called in to see if they were open and what their hours were today. I cannot TELL you how much attitude the man who answered the phone had, like he was just exasperated to be picking up the phone. He said, "uhhhhh.... YEAH..." after a long hesitation after I called in to find out if they were open and what their hours were. Yes, I'm not an idiot, and I do realize that if they pick up, they are open. However, I'm still interested in knowing their hours. I then asked what their pricing was to send a regular envelope internationally. I am sure that it is different pricing for different countries, but had he asked, I could have told him the country or zip code. Instead, the employee just gave me a TON of attitude, and it was impossible to get any information. I then told him, how about just let me know pricing on the basics - like if I want to just throw a stamp on an envelope. He again gave me so much attitude, I don't even know what his problem was. He was like, well, it's going to be $15 to $20 to even start OFF. Yeah, that's fine - I don't know if he's assuming that I can't afford that or that I'll freak out at the price, but yes, that's often what it costs to send mail internationally. Why not just tell me the info I'm looking for, and let me be the judge of whether it costs too much or not? I'm calling to find out the simple facts. No need to get aggressive about it. He ended up sighing a bunch of times when I tried to rephrase the question politely. At some point, I was done. I'm not going into that UPS store. Thanks! Next.

A package was delivered to the store, but the staff couldn’t locate it. When I asked for clarification, they simply shrugged and didn’t offer any explanation as to how it could be lost after being delivered there. They were also very defensive, possibly because it's a franchise, though that shouldn't excuse the lack of responsibility or poor customer service.
