The Catios

It was such a relief to find a boarding place that truly understands cats and respects their needs. Unfortunately, in the past my Joji has had terrible experiences with other boarding places—chaotic environments, zero enrichment and exercise, and cheap food. But here he was in great hands. They accommodated his frozen raw food diet, sent detailed report cards with photos and videos each night, and respected his personality and comfort zone. The space is amazing—an absolute dream come true for cats. There are toys, climbing and hiding spots, and enrichment activities everywhere. Joji’s standard suite had plenty of room to rest, and I think he had a great time exploring the play room and socializing with the other kitties. Sarah was great—I can tell she truly understands and loves cats. She communicated well and resolved a billing issue very quickly. The price itself was very reasonable, comparable to other boarding places but with a much, much better experience. I’m very happy to have found this place for our Omaha trip—I just wish this country had more places like this!

Sarah and everyone at the Catios are amazing! Our cat has stayed there twice now and after the last week long stay I don’t think she wanted to leave! The report cards with photos and videos keep us updated on all the fun cat enrichment time she’s having. There’s so much for the cats to do from the toys to bird watching! I would recommend the Catios to anyone who needs to board their cat!

So grateful for The Catios! After needing to board Pippa, my seven year old cat for a week, I thought she’d be so ready to come home. Apparently, I was wrong! She had to show me all the new toys she had been playing with and the new cat friends she made over the week. Sarah the owner, and staff, provide a cats paradise for their clients. This place is adorable and all the amenities a cat would need at a Quirky Cat Hotel! We will definitely be back! Amy and Shane Rachuy

My cat is usually very shy and reserved, but The Catios made him feel safe enough to come out of his shell. He loved having the freedom to roam and explore at his own pace—and it clearly made a difference. One of my favorite parts of the experience was receiving the nightly report cards. It was such a thoughtful touch to get updates and photos/videos of what he was up to each day. It gave me peace of mind while I was away, knowing he wasn’t just being looked after, but genuinely cared for. I’m already booking his next stay. So grateful to have found a place that treats my cat like family!

I cannot say enough great things about The Catios Omaha! My cat Griffin just spent two nights there, and honestly, I wish he could have stayed longer. He had such a great time, and I could tell he was in the best hands. Sarah, the owner, is absolutely amazing—so thoughtful and attentive. She sends daily report cards along with adorable photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. You can tell she genuinely cares about every cat in her care. The space is clean, cozy, and made just for cats to feel comfortable and entertained. I’m so grateful we found The Catios, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
