Dr.G is great at what he does. Gives you hope and isn’t a pill pusher. One of the few doctors left that actually provide therapy to their patients. Works late nights which makes finding an appointment very easy. 4 stars for his practice admin who has no compassion. I notified Dr G at my appointment that I would take nearly two months off due to insurance lapse but would be back. I received a dismissal letter from the practice on the basis that “they couldn’t contact me”. They sent me ONE generic message via their portal which I wasn’t able to respond to due to me not having a recent visit. No call or actual attempt to reach me was made. He’s a great provider hope they get better office management.

1 star rating for poor communication and scheduling process only. NOT the medical care or team. I will happily update this rating if I can speak to someone and be seen. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for about a month. You cannot actually speak to someone when you call the number. You must leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. I did, several times. Never received a call. I texted the Miami number to follow up. Several days later, I was told to schedule the first available appointment. I did. Next thing I know, I get an email (that I can’t reply to) saying my appointment’s canceled. Why? I don’t know 🤷‍♂️ I just can’t be seen. I texted the Miami number to inquire. No answer. If I can’t be seen, that’s fine. But at least tell me why. Again, this rating is NOT about the quality of care or the medical team. It’s about the scheduling process and lack of communication. I really wanted to see Dr. G because I’m impressed with his background and credentials. SK’s ratings are stellar. Also, it’s in Miami so I can go in-person instead of virtual. This is actually where I want to go for care. But I can’t even speak to anyone. Right now, the website says the soonest available appointments in FL are October 5th/6th. It’s October 8th…so it’s not up to date. Also, there are no slots available for Dr. G. At all. I checked through 2/1/26. Is the office seeing new patients? If not, please just say that. I don’t like giving bad ratings. But it seems it’s the only way to be taken seriously. I really hope I can speak to someone. UPDATE 10/13/25. Changed from 1 to 5 stars. I just got off the phone with someone from SK. She explained the reason why I couldn’t be seen. I really appreciate you guys reaching out. Also, the site’s availability has been updated. Great follow up. Hopefully, I can be seen in the near future. Regardless, all the best!

Scheduling my first session was easy. Their communication is clear and direct. They are very responsive. One of the things that I appreciated as a new client was that I got a text message informing me the doctor was running late to our session. Then, when it was my time, Dr. G listened and didn’t rush my time with him. Thank you!

I’ve been seeing Dr G for just a few months now and it has been the best experience I’ve had with any other psychiatrist. He gives me a long period to speak with him every time and answers his emails very fast. They seem genuinely interested in you as a person and the company also has an amazing process of being able to get in touch with them quickly for meds.

Dr. G was excellent. He took the time to understand my concerns, review my history, and find the medication that worked best for me. I appreciate that follow-ups can be scheduled without long waits and that he offers weekend appointments. I feel very supported in my care with him.
