I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel patients should know about my recent experience trying to obtain a routine medication refill. I have an ongoing prescription and had an appointment with my provider about a month ago. When my medication ran out, I attempted for several days to request a refill through text and by contacting the office. Each time I was told to schedule another appointment, even though I explained multiple times that I was already completely out of medication. During this time it was extremely difficult to reach an actual person. Most responses were automated messages saying the office was closed or that someone would get back to me. I repeatedly explained that I had already run out of medication and needed assistance. Eventually I was offered appointment dates several days later, but the entire process felt unnecessarily difficult for something that should be a routine refill for an established patient. I understand offices have policies, but when a patient is out of prescribed medication, there should be a clearer and faster way to reach someone who can help. I hope this feedback encourages improvements so other patients don’t experience the same difficulty.

Dr. Morales is an exceptional psychiatrist who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. She cares deeply, explains everything with real science (which I love), and is incredibly thorough in her approach. She never allowed me to self-diagnose or settle for guesswork—she guided me through trialing different medications with patience, clarity, and expertise, always making sure decisions were evidence-based and in my best interest. Because of her persistence, attentiveness, and insistence on proper referrals, I discovered I had cancer (caught early thanks to her). Her thoroughness quite literally changed my life. I am endlessly grateful for her compassion, her professionalism, and her unwavering commitment to doing what’s right for her patients. I cannot recommend Dr. Morales enough. She is truly remarkable.
