Wonderful care from wonderful people, that’s all the review you really need! But in more detail, I have been a patient since 2023 and ever since the first visit, Lisandra and the office staff have always been polite, professional and welcoming. They are knowledgeable with evidence-based practices, but at the same time are easy to talk to, and the visits are completely comfortable and nonjudgmental. Sessions feel both precise and peaceful, which always help me to refocus despite all of the daily clutter I might be dealing with. Personally I always leave with a clearer plan and a better understanding of what I’m working on. In the past few years I’ve faced a lot of change and new challenges but steady support from Lisandra and her team has always been available to help me navigate the more complex times. They put real time and emotional energy into their patients, and it shows in how present and consistent they are. I feel like they definitely helped me in both my professional and personal life whether it was dealing with workload, stress, anxiety, identity or even self-confidence. I appreciate this practice for their dedication and commitment— two things that are harder and harder to find. The unfortunate reality is that true patient care is not properly written out in any single textbook, so having someone who can still find a way to make it into an art-form anyway, is genuinely invaluable. Dr. Lisandra Hernandez Cruz is one of the most empathetic, caring, and supportive doctors I’ve ever seen. She is very invested in her patients’ well being, unlike most doctors in her field. She is extremely knowledgeable has helped me deal with issues stemming from a terminal leukemia diagnosis that I survived. She is different from other doctors in that she listens and wants to know what is going on in your life, rather than just checks in for a med refill. I am blessed to have found her!
