RTS Pet Concierge (Formerly Baronne Street Pets)

We visited this grooming service in 2025. During our visit, a staff member let multiple dogs loose in the salon, including our own, which could have been dangerous. We were also double-charged, and despite contacting management, our refund was never issued. While the business has since closed, I wanted to share our experience to help others be cautious if they consider this service or if it reopens in the future. The handling of dogs and billing practices were unsafe and unprofessional

I called for a quick nail trim and they got my sweet girl in right away! They did an amazing job and were even able to get cleaning drops in her ears which is something she rarely allows anyone to do. They are super nice and the prices are amazing! I will definitely be bringing her back for her next pawdicure!

They are going to take care of your animal needs. I have a car the groomer (Reina) did a wonderful job on my matted cat. Prompt professional ♥️ service. The price was very reasonable for the service I was given. I can't stop thanking yawl. See you real soon I have 3 other cats. The cat groomed is 10 years old.

Happy dog after grooming! They followed my preferences exactly (which was… as short as possible EVERYWHERE). I added the teeth cleaning and that was also thorough work. Very satisfied! They really took care of my pups. Would definitely recommend to other people thinking about it.
